MEET SOPHIA

My passions for family, holistic wellness, and education led me to the wonderful world of birth. As a birth doula and childbirth educator, I have the opportunity to walk with parents through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I believe women were created with the innate ability to birth, and emphasize the benefits of equipping and education to help get there. Join me in class to prepare- mind, body, and heart- for your amazing birth.

Doula care is more than a service for me; it's an opportunity to facilitate family and watch love grow. I embrace the honor of being invited into a family's most sacred moments while I provide physical and emotional support for mothers and their partners in any educated birth preferences including home, birth center, and hospital.

When I'm not attending births or teaching classes, I love to be outside, rain or shine! I also enjoy singing at church, drinking coffee with friends, and doing home renovation projects with my husband.
